A two-year degree (Psychology, Social Work) or diploma (Social Service Worker, Child and Youth Worker, Developmental Service Worker, Native Child and Family Service Worker) from an accredited university or college in the field of social services, community services, or health services program. We also highly recommend that you have experience or knowledge in interview skills.
