Learning Disability - Diagnosed

• Psychoeducational Assessment, signed by a licensed, registered psychologist or psychological associate, with a diagnosis of learning disability (LD)
• A copy of the most recent Individual Education Plan (IEP)

A recent assessment (less than 5 years old) is preferred but not essential to access supports.

Student Accessibility Services will work with students to update their psychoeducational assessment as required.

An assessment completed at the age of 18 years or older is considered current.
