Application for Campus Transfer
Application to Transfer between Confederation College Campus Sites
This application can only be used if you are currently registered in a postsecondary program at Confederation College and are applying to return to the same program but at a different campus location.
Campus Transfer is defined as continuing in a full-time postsecondary program into Semester 2,3,4,5 or 6 from the same program to another Confederation College campus location. Students would have met the admission requirements and successfully completed Semester 1.
A Campus Transfer is not guaranteed and is based on seat availability at the requested campus location.
Procedure
Student completes the "Application for Campus Transfer Form AR-2" and submits form to Admissions Services.
All applications received on or before April 15th for Fall start and on or before November 15th for Winter start, will be reviewed and ranked* for equal consideration. The Academic Support Officer for the program will be contacted to review available seat counts at the requested campus location.
Students will receive an offer for their campus transfer no later than three weeks prior to the start of the semester. Additional offers for campus transfers will be extended up to the final date for registration until the program maximum is reached. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified.
All applicable tuition fees are due at the time of registration (see Tuition Fee Details).
*Applications for readmission will be ranked using the following criteria:

Program Grade Point Average based on last full semester/s taken or when GPA is not available the application will be ranked according to their OCAS entrance score before the equal consideration dates noted above.

After the equal consideration dates, applications will be ranked on a first come first serve basis.
