College Recreation Committee
Executive Committee
- The Committee shall consist of College Rec Association staff members from whom the following positions shall be elected: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Marketing Coordinator and Membership Coordinator.
- All executive terms shall be two-years with an option of a third.
- Other Rec Association members may attend the committee meetings as required/requested.
Functions of the Committee
- To plan, coordinate, provide and offer a wide variety of fun, inclusive, social activities and fellowship opportunities throughout the year to any college or affiliated employee.
- This Committee will subsidize only preapproved College and Rec Association functions/events.
- Receive, review and approve requests from staff for specific activities.
- Committee meetings are to be held once a month.
- Minutes of the meetings will be taken by the Secretary and distributed to the Committee Members.
- To host an Annual General Meeting to inform the general membership about the functions of the committee.
