The Microsoft Office includes the main applications of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Publisher, Project, Visio, as well as other productivity programs and software tools.
Currently, the College has a site license for all products in the Microsoft Office suite under the College’s ‘Microsoft Campus Agreement’ – which also includes licensing for Windows operating systems for PC desktops. The College’s Microsoft Campus Agreement allows all College owned end-user workstations (PC’s, laptops, tablets, etc.) to use Microsoft Office software without limit.
The Microsoft Campus Agreement with the College also allows College employees (but not students) to install/use the Microsoft Office suite on home computers through the ‘Microsoft Home Use Program’. This benefit is available to College employees as long as the College is covered under the Microsoft Campus Agreement and the employee is employed at the College.

The Microsoft Office suite software is installed on all College-owned employee, as well as student computer lab desktops, laptops, and Microsoft based tablets.
The Microsoft Home Use Program is only available to College employees (student use at home is not covered under the licensing agreement).

This Program Code is given to all College staff free-of-charge. Once the code is obtained, the College staff person must apply for and download the software directly through Microsoft’s website.
