Office Hours

Fall/Winter Hours:

  • After Labour Day long weekend to Victoria Day weekend: Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST

Summer Hours:

  • After the Victoria Day weekend to Labour Day weekend: Monday to Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST

Holidays:

  • The College will be closed; Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day and from noon on December 24 to January 1, 2023 inclusive.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Academic Policy – Withdrawal Dates

  • To avoid receiving a failure on your academic record, refer to the Academic Calendar for important deadline dates.

Online Learning Withdrawal

  • your request must be submitted by email to [email protected] by noon, no later than two weeks after the scheduled start date of your course.  Please refer to your online learning information email for actual date.

Parking (Thunder Bay)

  • Parking permits are required weekdays from 8 am – 5 pm. Students taking day courses may obtain a parking permit from the Parking Kiosk located off the Balmoral Street entrance.

Invigilated Testing 

Please note that invigilated testing is at the discretion of course instructors.  Any fees associated with invigilated testing at an off-campus location are outside of the College's control and are the responsibility of the student.  All testing must be completed within Canada.
