Nomination Form: Recognition for Graduating Class

There are several ways in which Confederation College recognizes the accomplishments of its graduating class. Nominate a standout student for one of the following:

(1) SUCCI/OASA Student Leadership Graduate Award
Recognizes a graduating student who has demonstrated leadership, integrity, compassion and understanding within the College community (inside and/or outside of the classroom) 
Nominations accepted from Confederation College students and employees. A student may not nominate themselves for this award.

(2) Board of Governors’ Graduate Award
Awarded to one full-time postsecondary graduate from each Academic School in recognition of an outstanding contribution made to student life, community affairs and/or citizenship and academic achievement.
Nominations accepted from Confederation College employees.

Nominate a deserving student by May 17, 2024. Please note you cannot nominate yourself, nominations must come from a third party.

(Specific examples should be referenced explaining how they have overcome significant challenges, committed to their studies, etc.).
(Explain impact on other students, peers, SUCCI, OASA, the College or the college system. Explain impact on the success of a project or program through their individual contributions).
