OfficeMax Canada / Grand & Toy has been awarded the contract for Office Supplies moving forward to 2018. The new contract will be in effect from January 1, 2015 to August 31, 2018.  Effective December 2015 they transitioned back to the company name Grand & Toy.

Installation of Furniture & Keyboard Trays:

Grand & Toy Limited will install keyboards and furniture ordered from Grand & Toy, with the cost being charged to the requesting department.
Please request installation charges when requesting quotations, and have your account number handy when placing orders.
Facility Services does not install keyboards or furniture.

Grand & Toy - New Online Returns

(April, 5 2010);
Customers can now process their own returns through their online profile.

This new feature will allow you to:

  1. make a return
  2. report an error on your order
  3. report a damaged items

Customer’s sign on with their USER ID/Password, select the Tracking /Returns Tab, then click the Returns tab and proceed through the screens.

Have your order #, ship to account# and product # ready from your packing slip.  If you cannot locate your packing slip, you can find the order via Order Status on Dot Com.

A confirming message will appear on your screen that your request has been submitted for processing and a return authorization # will be emailed to you.

Grand & Toy - Returning Used Toner Cartridges

Sign into the website, select your account

Place your mouse over  ORDER
select RETURNS from the drop down menu
select the 4th option: "Do you have empty toner cartridges for Recycling"

Confirm the address and account information shown
Enter the number of toners you have to return

The boxes and the labels (to put on the boxes) will be shipped to your department
You will receive an email with instructions and UPS contact information

You will have to contact UPS to arrange pick up of packaged toner cartridges in shipping receiving

There is no cost to returning the toner cartridges.
