MERX Instructions

Confederation College will now be using MERX for document distribution and submission unless otherwise noted in proposal or tender. Documents will no longer be posted on the College's Purchasing Services webpage. Any proponent wishing to bid on a Proposal / Tender / EOI MUST use MERX.
