Interac e-transfer Refunds
How to Accept an Interac e-transfer from Confederation College
Confederation College has partnered with PayMyTuition to process Interac e-transfers.
Should you have requested a refund and/or are receiving a bursary or award, the method in which you will receive your funds is by e-transfer.
The refund process is now as follows:
1. REFUND APPROVAL REQUEST
Upon approval of your refund request from Confederation College, you will receive an email from PayMyTuition providing confirmation that we have received your refund request. This email is to notify you the process has begun and to expect an email from Interac with further instructions.
2. PROCESSING OF FUNDS/INTERAC NOTIFICATION
Once processing of funds is completed you will receive an email from Interac. This is usually 24–48 hours after you received your email from PayMyTuition. This email will provide you the steps needed to deposit your e-transfer.
3. RETRIEVE ONE-TIME PASSWORD FROM myCampus PORTAL
Follow the instructions within the email from Interac. You will need to enter a one-time password to access your funds so the payment may be deposited. To access the password log into the myCampus portal and under the launchpad section select "Banner Information System". Next select "Student Services", "Student Records" and then "Interac eTransfer Password".
4. CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT
When the password is entered for the e-transfer you will then select the bank account you wish to have the funds deposited into and the payment will be complete.
