Photo-ID - CampusCard

Confederation College is now offering a new and improved Photo-ID Card (CampusCard) for all Students and Employees.

Starting September 2025, your ID card will no longer expire and will remain valid as long as you attend Confederation College.

Even if you apply and receive your new Photo-ID card early in the summer for the upcoming academic year, the Bus Pass is only valid starting September 1st – August 31st (for students who have paid the bus pass fees for the current academic year as part of their tuition). Students who don’t have bus pass fees assessed as part of their tuition can still get a Photo-ID card but will not be permitted to use City Transit.

Prefer to apply in person?

Students who choose to not apply online for their CampusCard using the CaptureME app (as above) can obtain a Printed Student ID card by visiting Paterson Library Commons located on the 2nd floor of the Shuniah building.  There, students can have their photo taken and their CampusCard printed on the spot.

TIP! Choosing a Digital ID CampusCard is generally the fastest way to get your card. Since the card is digital and accessed via an app on your mobile device, your CampusCard can’t be lost or stolen and can be easily redownloaded if you get a new phone.
