Here is a check list of things you will need to bring to apply:

Make sure to bring your OSAP Access Number (OAN #) and password to log in
Your personal information:
- Social Insurance Number
- Student Number
- Date you last attended high school full time
- Date you last attended Post-secondary
- Course Load %
- Driver’s License
- Make, model, year and market value of your vehicle
- License plate number
- Income tax line 150 from your 2018 income tax assessment
