Description: Have you heard about the emBark program? Alicia Brink will describe what the emBark program is and their current project of making a canoe. This session will share the insights to the program, how it showcases Indigenous Knowledge, and how the canoe is a living metaphor that illustrates how teachers, staff, and students all learn together in our individual journeys. This session will be facilitated at the Negahneewin Outdoor Classroom and will also include an interactive activity for participants.
