Academic Showcase: Negahneewin Outdoor Classroom / Firepit

Description: We will be showcasing the outdoor classroom and firepit as a place that faculty can book and have their classes outdoors. Topics covered: what is the outdoor classroom, what are the potential uses, how to book, contact info, availability, supplies provided. We will have the fire going and have tea and a snack available for a full immersive experience. The outdoor classroom is an awesome way for faculty to change up how they deliver course content, and this will help them build connections with Indigenous students.
