Accommodation needed. Help!

Milena Tapia is an international student, who recently arrived from Chile with her spouse and three children.  She has just completed the first semester of the Early Childhood Education program.

She and her family have completed two weeks of mandatory quarantine since arriving in Canada, and have been compliant with all protocols and processes. Their quarantine ended December 10, and since that time, they have been earnestly seeking accommodation but finding landlords reluctant to rent to international student families without a Canadian credit history, or Canadian references.  They are now becoming quite desperate and are considering returning to Chile.

Milena and her family are excellent prospective tenants. They have demonstrated to the Government of Canada that they have the required funds to support themselves while in Canada, and as such, will have no issues in paying rent.
