Attention Faculty: Blackboard Course Cleanup

Attention All College Faculty:
It’s that time again where Computer Services is required to clean out old data from the College's Blackboard Learn system (this is a necessary process to keep the College’s LMS system running efficiently as well as cost effectively for storage space costs).
To do this, Computer Services will be looking at cleaning out all courses in Blackboard from the 2020 Fall term (202008) and older.
Please note the following timelines for this process:
- Prior to Fri. November 24th at 4 PM EST – Timeframe for faculty to archive or copy individual courses from 202008 term.
How to Archive a Course in Blackboard Learn
Mon. November 27th – As of this date all Bb courses from Fall 2020 (and older) will be deleted by Computer Services.
