Celebrating National Indigenous Peoples Day

June 21 marked National Indigenous Peoples Day where many Confederation College staff took the opportunity to build relationships and foster engagement on Fort William First Nation, Anemki Wajiw Mount McKay. Confederation College staff joined hundreds of others as all gathered to enjoy festivities, great food, and a variety of vendors.  

A special thank you to those that volunteered to sit at the booth and with intention engaged in conversations that promote healing and reflected our commitment to understanding the history, contributions, culture, and strength of Indigenous peoples.
