On Wednesday May 3rd staff took part in the CPI Verbal Intervention Training with Mike Rozic.  It was a great opportunity for our front line staff members to learn verbal de-escalation techniques that can assist them in their daily work. They even did some acting in the scenario-based portion with the Academy Award going to Diane Swayzey for her great acting skills. Great Job Everyone!
