Full Marathon, Half Marathon, and 8K Road Race - Kakabeka Falls Legion

The 6th Annual Kakabeka Falls Legion Half Marathon & 8K.  For the second year in a row, we also are also holding a Full Marathon.  Come run, jog or even walk one of the most beautiful courses in the country,  All races start at 7 am on Sunday August 20 at the Kakabeka Legion.  Be sent out in style by the Thunder Bay Police Pipe Band.  Run down a closed Trans Canada Highway, through scenic vistas, across two bridges and  then enjoy both hot and cold refreshments at the Legion where you started.  Did we mention the finisher's medal -- One of the finest finishing medals you will ever own -- for more info check out the Facebook page  https://www.facebook.com/runkbfalls  or the web page at www.runkbfalls.com.  Not a runner but want to be a part of the event -- volunteers are always needed and welcome -- please email [email protected] for more info
