National Indigenous Peoples Day - June 21

National Indigenous Peoples Day is an official day of celebration to recognize and honour the achievements, history and rich cultures of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples in Canada.​

Employees are encouraged to take the day, provided they participate in formal events around the region. If you attend the Pow Wow on Mount McKay (poster attached), be sure to drop by the Confederation College table and say hi!
