Join us for 2022 - 2023 Negahneewin Reading Series. The Library and Indigenous Content and Pedagogy Specialist are very excited to launch 2023's reading series with From the Ashes. In this extraordinary and inspiring debut memoir, Jesse Thistle, once a high school dropout and now a rising Indigenous scholar, chronicles his life on the streets and how he overcame trauma and addiction to discover the truth about who he is.
This event will be hosted online and in-person (Confederation College in the Pride Room). Please join us IRL (in real life) in the Pride Room or you may join us virtually via teams. A link will be forwarded to registrants prior to event.
