New Cleaning Contractor

Facilities Services is happy to announce BEST as our new campus cleaning contractor and extend a warm welcome to the Confederation College Community. 

Cleaning is an important part of our campus health & safety and sustainability.  In addition to extensive cleaning specifications the RFP was designed to highlight several sustainability requirements for the cleaning contract that impact the SDG goals: #3 Good Health and Well-Being, #6 Clean Water and Sanitation; #12 Responsible Consumption & Production and #13 Climate Action.

BEST as a Canadian Company with a proven track record of excellence in cleaning, sustainability, and overall management practices.  The attached document was prepared to provide some information on BEST and outline some of the changes and improvements you can see and expect as we move forward with this new partnership.  For specific information on the BEST organization www.BEST.ca

The BEST team has retained most of the previous cleaning staff and have also brought on some new employees as well.   The new site manager Alicha Nekuliak has come on board, leading the new team on major projects to get thing in shape for this September.
