Now Available: Shuniah Building Hotelling Stations

Five workstations are now available for staff to book if additional space is required on the second floor of the Shuniah Building in the following rooms:

C211 Station 1

C211 Station 2

C211 Station 3

C211B (office with door)

C211C (office with door)

These workstations are available to book in four-hour time blocks. You will need to bring your own laptop.

Sanitizing wipes are available at all stations for use before and after using the space. Cleaning will also take place twice a day by cleaning staff to keep the shared space safe to use.

To Book a Workstation:

• Go into your Outlook Calendar.
• Setup a ‘Meeting’ with the workstation of your choice. The rooms have been labelled: i.e., Shuniah Rm. C211a.
• In the ‘To:’ field, type: ‘Shuniah’ and click ‘Check Names’ or search the Address Book
• All Shuniah meeting rooms will appear, allowing you to select the workstation you would like. See example below.

• Check to ensure the room is free at the time required under the ‘Scheduling’ tab and send your meeting request.
