Office 365 eMail Changes - August 24, 2022

On Wednesday August 24th 2022 Computer Services will be proactively disabling Microsoft Basic Authentication to improve security for Office 365 (O365) email.  This is in preparation for Microsoft's scheduled deadline for turning off this service in the O365 environment.

This change will affect a small number of College users who have configured email on their phones/devices to use Basic Authentication. If this change affects you, you will be prompted to re-login into your e-mail, or you may be required to delete and re-add your email profile.
