Reconciliation Run in Support of Mazinaajim Children's Foundation

Confederation College is a proud sponsor of the Reconciliation Run in Support of Mazinaajim Children's Foundation on September 30 and encourage employees to participate. This reconciliation run will honour the Indigenous children lost and the healing journey of residential school survivors and their families on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 

Employees can attend the event without using vacation time, as long as their supervisor approves. 

Participants can register for a 5 km walk/run, 10 km or a half marathon! All are welcome to sign up. This is an all ages and abilities event in support of the Every Child Matters Movement with all proceeds going to Mazinaajim Children's Foundation. Confederation College participants will meet at the park at Boulevard prior to the start times so that we can run or walk together. 

Confederation College is sponsoring a water station at the event. Anyone who whould like to volunteer can email [email protected]. We will also have a booth on site at the event, and encourage employees to stop by and cheer for their co-workers.
