Even during these pandemic times, when our physical, mental and emotional health are tested to their limits, we can count on some valuable resources to help see us through.
The Library Wellness Guide is more than a bunch of steps explaining what to eat and drink for better physical health. It’s a resource where both Students and Employees find ways to an improved state of well-being or get connected to help support a friend or peer in their quest for a well-balanced lifestyle. This guide includes a host of eBooks, websites, articles and videos too numerous to be listed here.
While you’re on the Library website be sure to check out the Well-being Hub. This new addition to The Learning Portal will also help you develop strategies to improving your overall health and welfare.
