Tammy Oliphant is retiring as an Employment Advisor with Northwest Employment Works in Dryden.
Tammy started in 2004 as a part-time Resource Employment Advisor. She then spent 14 years as a full-time Employment Advisor and has developed strong relationships with colleagues and community service providers. Tammy has been a mentor to many Dryden staff. She specialized in job development and ODSP employment supports programs.
Tammy has nothing but fond memories of her 19 years with college. She has formed great friendships and thoroughly enjoyed her work and leaning so much from clients and our employment community. Tammy been the Chairperson of the Dryden Interagency Group, and won the Chamber of Commerce Excellence Award - Working with Youth.
Tammy wishes to thank her "team" both in Dryden and the entire NEW crew. She will miss the amazing work environment and colleagues who have inspired and supported her along the way. She plans to spend lots of time with her family.
