Telecom Outage Impacting Our Operations

A significant telecom outage across Canada is impacting the Lifeworks call centre and counselling operations. This includes, but may not be limited to, people being able to reach our call centre using their usual contact number, agents being able to receive calls, counsellors being able to honour their appointments, informing members of any cancellations or reschedule activities.  Any employees who have not been able to reach EAP services through the usual contact number can access services at 1 (800) 268-5211.
