Welcome Dwayne Elliott

Dwayne is a graduate of the Law and Security Program at Confederation College. He started his career working in Corrections, specifically working with young offenders in a secure setting. Dwayne then joined the Thunder Bay Police Service as a Special Constable at the Courthouse in 2015 and has also been the Youth Justice Coordinator with the Thunder Bay Indigenous Friendship Centre for  the past 12 years, where he works closely with young offenders, victims and their families.

Dwayne will be covering John Conrad’s position as the Public Safety Supervisor while John is away on Paternity leave.
