Jill is an experienced HR professional who is a proud lifelong resident of Thunder Bay. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Lakehead University and subsequently attended Confederation College, taking a variety of human resource courses to enhance her human resources knowledge and skillset. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader who has experience working extensively in publicly funded sectors including the Lakehead District School Board, Community Living Thunder Bay and recently, the energy sector (Ontario Power Generation).
Jill is passionate about fostering a respectful, inclusive and diverse workplace. She believes strongly in building strong working and community relationships and has been Board Chair of HRPA Northern Ontario Chapter and Alpha Court Community Mental Health & Addiction Services.
When not at work, Jill enjoys spending time in the outdoors and at camp with family and friends.
