Welcome Sarah Walker - Library Systems Officer

On January 3rd, 2023, Sarah Walker officially joined the Paterson Library team in the full time capacity as their Library Systems Officer.
Sarah brings with her a proven background in Library technology, multimedia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Masters Degree of Education. Over the past several years, Sarah has been employed with the college as a Tutoring and Scheduling Officer and as an ESL Communications and GE Instructor.
Complimented by her passion for student success and customer service Sarah’s primary responsibilities will be for all of the Library’s system operations. And as if that’s not enough, she will also be acting as the Library’s liaison for the School of Business to include the Media Arts and Ecology/Natural Resources programs.
Sarah’s effervescent personality has been described as “contagious” by the staff and students that she interacts with on a daily basis. She is often sought out for her troubleshooting operational software skills or performing numerous Library instruction classes. One thing is for sure; the Library is never going to be the same.
