Welcome Tracey Aultman

We are delighted to welcome Tracey Aultman to the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications team as our new Indigenous Recruitment Officer.  

Tracey was born and raised in North Bay, Ontario. She initially moved to Thunder Bay to pursue her education, later putting this on hold to raise her 4 beautiful children. 

She returned to school as a mature student and graduated from the Social Service Worker Program at Canadore College. Tracey has worked in child welfare for the last four years, and prior to that, she worked for other Indigenous organizations (ONWA, KKETS) supporting Indigenous youth. 

Tracey is passionate about advocacy for Indigenous rights, and education around the history of Indigenous people in Canada. Her hobbies include fishing, camping, hunting, road trips and spending time with family.
