Welcome Troy Mangatal to his new role, Director of Computer Services and Project Management

Troy is an experienced educator, project manager, computer programmer and Canadian Forces veteran. He has a demonstrated history of working in the higher education, healthcare, municipal, insurance and armed forces industries and is skilled in leadership, teaching, business information systems requirements analysis, software development and project management (PMP). Troy has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lakehead University, a Certificate in Software Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University. He brings over 22 years of Project Management experience, with over $100 million in Information Technology project deployment and software deliverables. Troy has been with Confederation College for 10 years, starting as full-time faculty member and coordinator, and most recently the Associate Dean of Engineering Technology.

Troy will transition between his current position and his new role as Director of Computer Services and Project Management over the next couple of months as the search for his replacement begins.  Please join me in welcoming Troy to his new role.
