Information Technology Policies
Computers as well as all other information technology facilities are provided at Confederation College for the betterment of students’ education and shall only be used for educational purposes. The facilities are not to be used for financial gain, harassment, or unauthorized, malicious, unethical, illegal or subversive activities. The facilities shall also not be used to access or distribute materials that would be reasonably deemed to be potentially offensive to others
The penalties for the abuse of these privileges are commensurate with the severity of the infraction and could include suspension of computer privileges and a student’s removal from their program of study.
