This form (for use by College employees) is used for students in post-secondary programs funded through the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities' operating grants who are placed on unpaid training placements as an academic requirement of their program.

This information sheet includes information on the completion of the Confederation College Work / Education Placement Agreement, and what to do in case of injury during the unpaid training placement.
