College Employer Council Update - Ontario Public Colleges Ask for Conciliation and File Complaint with OLRB

On November 1, 2021, the College Employer Council released a Management Team Bargaining Update. Ontario Public Colleges ask for conciliation and file complaint with Ontario Labour Relations Board (OLRB). Bargaining with CAAT-A team at an impasse: mediator finds academic bargaining team approach and demands unlawful and unrealistic.
