Ombuds Office Update

The Ombuds Office has been a valued service supported jointly by SUCCI and Confederation College for the past 12 years. The Ombuds Advisory Committee provides oversight of the operations of the Ombuds Office and its purpose includes planning for the Ombuds Office and reviews of the service. 

As a result of COVID-19, visits to the Ombuds Office have significantly declined. The committee has determined that this is an opportune time to review the current job description and terms of reference to ensure that they align with the needs and direction of Confederation College and SUCCI. While this review takes place, students can continue to access the same services for impartial and confidential support and guidance relating to conflict resolution and both academic and non-academic concerns by contacting the following areas:
