Staffing Announcement

It is with mixed emotions that I announce that I have accepted the position of Vice President, People and Culture at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC), effective November 7, 2022.

I look forward to the challenges of overseeing a portfolio that meets TBRHSC's Patient & Family Centred Care Philosophy, providing strategic leadership in Human Resources, Occupational Health, Volunteer Services, and the Library. 

While I am excited about what I will be able to contribute to TBRHSC, I will dearly miss the Confederation College community. I also anticipate maintaining a relationship with the College in ways that support the strategic directions of both institutions. 

My last day at the College will be Friday, November 4, 2022. Replacement efforts will begin shortly.  I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition so please don't hesitate to reach out.

I want to thank you for the challenges we have overcome together and for the support you have provided to me over the last 20 years. It has been an amazing experience. I will miss every single one of you.
